They have been a last resort for me for a few years now. Being a one truck operation I can find fuel much cheaper .

Ever want a good time? Just stop at that Love's in Shartlesville, PA. Exit 23 off I-78. Last time I was there the fuel line was backed up on to 78. Parking sucks there too.
Running local, we get all our fuel from a local outfit. Haven't fueled at a truck stop in over two years. And I don't miss it. They all sucked.
When I did run regional, I preferred the Peelot for fuel. Back then their rewards program was decent, and they still had showers free after 50 gallons. The outfit I drove for had fuel pumps at the yard where we got whatever we needed, and they had limits on how much fuel we could get at certain truck stops, and they were mostly all Peelots. It was their 'fuel optimization plan', and after I left they scrapped that plan. Then went bankrupt about three years later. PJoeyJunk, Brettj3876, Dave1837 and 1 other person Thank this. -

Only thing Loves is good for is a shower. Their parking almost always is set up stupid if you have anything but a short mega company truck with the tandems slid up to the landing gear.
