I had a similar problem with one of those redheads. Front left corner of the number 3 head. Didn't break
a head bolt, but did blow the gasket.

Yes, I see that but I’m trying to get more ideas, etc. One thing I notice is that when I’m driving, and use the jake, the sound goes away completely until I accelerate again. Could that confirm a leak maybe?

Yes because under Jake's it's negative pressure

Do you know if a blown head gasket would sound like this also? Like the negative pressure would quiet the sound until accelerating again?

    Thanks again!

Why not just fix the leak? You know its an issue, even if its not the issue.

In the process of doing that but because some idiot at pilot forgot he had a trailer and hit the front end ruining the hood assembly, it’s impossible to open without breaking the hood altogether. So just waiting but I wanted to get an idea of what to check for before I proceed.

Yes an n14 with a blown head gasket will sound exactly like that but if you narrow down which head to change it's easier that a new engine by far
