At some point someone with a least half of a brain has to say “Why are we protecting these scumbags,why don’t we just disappear them quietly???”

Time for a parent to step up and make things happen.

 

The whole concept of informants getting lesser or no charges needs to go away entirely. All being a states witness should guarantee them is no death penalty, and only in the case they're informing on or testifying in. No more of this informants getting away with anything and everything.

Jury nullification is the citizens' ultimate tool. Jury can vote not guilty for any reason or no reason at all (except bribery) and there is nothing the state can do about it. It only takes one juror to vote not guilty. You can never know anything about jury nullification before trial , and suddenly discover it in the jury room. You can know about jury nullification for years, forget about it before trial, and suddenly remember it in the jury room. The system is already broken, citizens should recognize that and act accordingly.
