I'd rather get more experience than pay that but that really depends on what is at stake. Maybe someone's business plan calls for $500 000 annual revenue, in which case 40 grand for insurance is just a little bit of money.

That's right. Age is a factor and it naturally coincides with experience. It is naturally good that they quote youngsters as much because … everything has its due time. If a youngster is capable to overcome the high threshold, he or she will prove their worth and at the time of the renewal, they will be rewarded accordingly.
