MAD Magazine, some years or 1 or 2+ decades back had a Cartoon with Everyone Armed up And Protected By Full Body Armor, Including Children, and Babies In Strollers no less.
NOT Verbatim: "WHEN EVERYONE IS ARMED, CRIME DROPS TO ZERO" Or Something similar.
    I'm sure it's searchable.

I Used To "Test Their Mettle & Patience" B4 I Turned 18 With Enormous Amounts Of Sarcasm. NEVER A Direct Response To Any Question.
Police And Sherriff Personnel In Los Angeles County Were A Lot More Forgiving In The '70's - Mid '80's, Or So In MY Experiences. Those Officers IN L. A. Co. Jail, NOT Forgiving.

Turned 18, No More Sarcasm Directed To Police Unless I Was Drunk and It Was, I'm Sure, Laden With Mumbling Sarcasm.
Whether Sober or Drunk I NEVER RESISITED ARREST Because There Were Ways They Could Pay One Back Whether Directly Or Indirectly And There Was "Nowhere to Run".

NEVER Was Sarcastic To ANY D. O. T. Officer Or Weigh Station Personnel Or State Or City Kitty Or County Mounty.
Respect & Courtesy Runs Both Ways.

    CHEERS!!

Guns Are Meant To Kill Yet They're Also To WARN.
You Should Know That Since Your Avatar Displays A Fantasy Role Playing Game Which Involves KILLING, Just Like Grand Theft Auto, James Bond And Similar.
Is The GAME Why You're "Against Guns"??

What Are "Other Solutions" To Being ATTACKED From 50 to 100 Feet Away By Someone With A Rifle Who Appears To Not Be So Well Skilled But Isn't Missing YOUR Truck??
911? Crossbow? Grenades? Sling Shot? Throwing Knives? Shouting?
HALO Gives You Options Yet The ASSAULT RIFLE Appears Best.

Just Curious, I'm Not, Nor Is Anyone Here At T. T. R. "a stalker".
Maybe Cease HALO For A While?
    Suggestion.
    CHEERZ!!

Lots of ways to get creative Lol. When I was in the trailer humping food I always kept the business end of a load bar close by. Only once did I have anything stolen off the wagon and it was a 40LB pack of bacon

The point wasnt so much "white cop kills black man" thats an old and tired trope, but its very in vogue to parrot that sentiment.

My point was that better gun safety and awareness would be good in many of the areas that frequently trot out "black man killed by white cop"

For reference, growing up i was not allowed to have or when friends had them even point water guns at humans or animals. THATS the kind of discipline about gun safety im talking about. A gun simply isnt a toy and waving it around near a cop is asking to get shot even if its bright pink and dildo-shaped. Yes the police are supposed to be trained to identify varying degrees of threats, but when your primary physical tool you carry is a gun, its not terribly surprising that situations escalate precipitously
