Parkhill stacked 3, 2, 1 and pulled it with a L170 Farmall, Stalk Cutter, Corn Binder, (IH to some). Speedy with short pipe, less wind resistance.

Well the house still has punch list items.
Window screens
Cabinet filler & touch up
Several drywall fixes / touch ups
Still have some scrub vegetation to be removed
Shower still needs glass installed
Mirrors need installed
Touch up cleaning.
Exhaust hood ( stack ) either got measured wrong or they installed it at the wrong height. It's like 3 inches short.
Only one spot paint touch up on the exterior ( below the front door )
Going to give them the money tomorrow and sign the papers.
The OM is still considering just selling it.
