Oh yea!! Good looking cabin over my friend!!

Drove all the trucks in this pic at one time or another. That white 362 with the blue stripes was a good truck, 1983 model. Had a Cat / 9 speed. Pop had it juiced up too…! My life long friend Jeff and I were on 32 in Ohio heading for Armco in Middletown.

I was driving the 83 362, and Jeff was in Pops 78 A model KW.
It was after 9 at night, and we were pulling Union hill just west of route 32.

Jeff was beside me with his lights off. I hollered on the CB and ask what he was doing…. Look at the glare on my hood he said, there’s flames rolling out both stacks of that Pete!! And sure enough, you could barely see a orange glow in the mirror if you tilted your head down close to the door.

Needless to say, I dropped a gear. Truck didn’t have a pyrometer, but it sure needed it….!

 

Well, you win.

BBQ, homemade ice cream and a brewery on site

 

I am not a dumpling fan so I bake flake biscuits or about the same size corn bread muffins. Split in half, butter, then ladel over the chicken part of the chicken and "dumplings". Good eating right here.
