Just delivered a couple of concrete wall panels to a new Amazon center. It used to be a golf course. Now they are building a huge Amazon center. That's gotta suck for all the people who lived on a golf course up until now. Now they are living behind a 24/7 Amazon. Their property values just had to plummet. The only guys in the country to have property value go down...lol.

Yeah, but that land in Oregon that I was delivering HVAC parts to, increased their property values. I see that finished product is an Amazon Data Center, which is where some of those data cable pipes you were carrying recently probably went to years ago, also. Nice to be able to point to things to realize you had a hand in helping to build, whether you like them or not. :)

I delivered to the water treatment plant directly behind the soon to be new Nucor steel in Brandenburg, Kentucky yesterday. Not sure if that will be Nucor's biggest place or not but it sure is massive. Only took one pic but let's hope its a "good" Nucor in terms of quick loading!!!

I agree. It is pretty neat to be able to go down the road and see things you had a hand in.

As long as it's not a crap hole like Memphis Nucor, and hopefully, it's replacing that crap hole, that would be a big plus. :)

I was the 2nd wall panel truck on opening day there... Took almost 9 hours to unload me, I guess I was lucky cause when I left they still had between 25-30 trucks lined up behind me waiting to get unloaded!!! Don't plan on doing those again. You load in Kansas?

Yes sir, south of Kansas city.
There was one guy there that has been waiting since yesterday. The super on the job came unglued today. It was a #### show. So many trucks, just strung out everywhere. A bunch of guys including myself lost tires due to rebar. Which is part of the reason I'm at the loves right now.

I've never been to a nucor facility that I would characterize as "quick".
