Albuquerque with better rates than Los Angeles
A more realistic one would be deadheading out of Florida to Georgia for a load or Denver to Kansas.
There's been times I've personally done that.
Atlanta to Chicago paying more than say Orlando, FL to Chicago. -

So I’ve been wondering, who controls freight rates? A little bit of everything combined? I don’t believe a cheap carrier or broker drives all these prices down.
