New XPO LTL driver looking elsewhere

I went through XPO dock to driver program almost a year ago and have been on linehaul since, what I wanted. I've come to realize I think I hate LTL haha. I'm looking for an out and back, local, or regional company to go to once I have my experience and my contract is up (1 more year).
I have all my endorsements except I'm manual restricted, totally willing to get it (did my training in a manual but tested in an auto)
I'm around Omaha area.


I should add the reason I don't like LTL is I don't won't to work the dock, I just want to drive mostly haha(Van, Load unload hopper or tank, or strap and tarp flatbed is easy enough, i just hate working the dock)

 

I drive 540 miles total per night but still have to work the dock I mean, and from a lot of other people I've talked to its the same at other big LTL companies
