When she joined the company she signed away on the terms of employment, including the terms of the probationary period.
Needless to say,it happened years ago so she’s long gone. Even then I think there’s a statue of limitations on such a lawsuit. Even then she didn’t come back to refute the claim.
As for never seeing or hearing of a kingpin being sheared off, well there’s a first time for everything.

And btw? Those "terms" she "signed?" They're UNENFORCABLE in Court, if you can't prove you informed her Before bringing her to Orientation. See, that would fall under Fraud & Coercion. Informed Consent is covered under Contract Law. Have the day you deserveLast edited: Apr 7, 2022

Second, I don’t own the company so I didn’t make the rules. She F’d up-you live,you learn.
Why are you so butt hurt about the issue? Right now you’re just getting into semantics-unless you did the same time she did. Or are you just looking to argue for argument’s sake? Either way you’re barking up the wrong tree.
You’re acting like you’re the one who damaged the kingpin.
It happened years ago and I’m sure that young lady has moved on.
If it’s that big of a deal of an issue for you maybe you can try taking it up with the company, of course afterwards more than likely they’ll tell you “too bad,so sad, go kick rocks!” -

See, I don't "take it up with the company" anymore. I take them to Court. Your enablement of slander & libel degrades Society, in the long run.. but you don't care about the effects of your behavior, right? Better wipe your nose. Looks kinda dirty... -
my goodness.
His six years of examining my Blue Balls to slander and libel, um.....us all, has me confused and amused.
Currently off to wipe my nose. Save my place.Dale thompson, Bumper, LtlAnonymous and 6 others Thank this. -
B. Which is why I asked about an independent mechanical investigation - which he Totally avoided addressing.
Thanks though, if I need any further "splainin" on subject matter I already understand, I'll call the helpline. -

LtlAnonymous and Opus Thank this. -
B. If you want ask about an independent investigation into the matter you need to talk to the company, not me. I’m not the one who terminated her.
Again you’re barking up the wrong tree. And the fact that you’re spewing nonsense about an issue that you had nothing to do with (seriously, coercion had nothing to do with this matter-not even remotely AND the fact that you can’t get a point across without having to insult forum members) shows your intelligent conversation skills are seriously lacking.LtlAnonymous and 88 Alpha Thank this.
