Item 17. Carb training? I believe he meant the Cabs class (a refresher of orientation at 120 days). Monthly safety meeting? Maybe he meant the monthly safety call? What is a grocery warehouse? My equipment doesnt roll into those. 65% is horrible is a meaningless statement. 65%of what? Aug15th of 2020 I replaced my previous truck with a 2021 VNL860 and had it paid off by Nov of 2021. Cant make any money here. Cant wait to see him whine as rates settle back down.

 

I don't think someone would do such a thorough breakdown,
From start to finish.
Then spend a hour typing it in, to lie.
He literally gave us all the numbers down the pennies.

Lie may be a little strong as that infers knowledge that what he was spouting was inaccurate.
Ignorance or complete misunderstanding or even a lack of ability to fully comprehend the information as it was laid out to him during orientation. The one area he was probably right on about was the numbers, the details were thorough and most likely accurate for him. Owning my own truck and Trailer and having shopped for much of my own insurance i cannot speak to their accuracy.
All of that being said I have seen many come to Landstar and struggle especially during the first 4-6 months. Best of luck to him wherever he lands next assuming he left.
