I have a 98 fld classic day cab n14 celect plus 10 speed transmission.
it has a really bad vibration, i can feel it start at 20 mph, and feels really rough around 50-70 mph (whole cab shakes) and has cracked 3 flywheel housings.
i have replaced u joints, and driveshaft.
Damper was wobbling so i replaced with used, doesn’t wobble anymore.
Mechanic told me motor mounts seem good and tight, ride height a little off but not too much. Any idea what could be causing this? TIA

Knock all four axles out. Lock the power divider in and spin it up. Does it have a vibration?
Fld4554, AModelCat and Big Road Skateboard Thank this. -
Do you have a pic? Where does the crack start?
Fld4554 Thanks this. -
Take this for what it's worth I have a friend that has a FLD think it's a 96 with a N-14.. he broke countless bell housing bolts and cracked out 2 bell housing ... then finally figured out it was the power divider causing the problem
Fld4554 Thanks this. -
