More Bad News.....

Honestly this doesnt concern me much. I run a dump truck. Even during the great depression people needed feed moved, rocks hauled, garbage carted off and scrap delivered. Will i get rich at this? Likely not. Will i survive? Ayep barring something like a blown motor tomorrow. Do i feel bad for the guys who will lose their shirts? Kinda, there are those who just had bad luck sure. But for every properly run business that had bad luck that fails, there are likely 10 that failed due to bad choices.

Oh well like a bad batch of tacobell this too shall pass. Trick is to survive the inevitible cramps.

 

I don't see brand new truck for 100K on sale, meaning that people still making money. Meaning there is no "market slowdown"

I was just throwing numbers out in a scenario.. but yeah .. even 30k..
You would be surprised what kinda of pressure a bank can put on a seller when they know there is a a serious buy with cash .. standing there..

There's nothing wrong with that theory .. I look at it like this
In the wild a Lion with will take down the lame zebra quicker than a healthy zebra..
There's going to be a fair amount of crippled zebras when this hits bottom

 

I see the stock market has been in a free fall this week.. dropped 800 pts yesterday
8.8% inflation

 

No there's a bunch available in the 50K to 100K mile range, but they still carry the $260K price tag.

 

The guy that's a pro investor / portfolio dude said the market hates inflation. So once the inflation is high enough, and the interest rates get high enough, it will all implode on itself.
