It's surprising how water can get under there. I had an FLD that kept having water under the rubber flooring. Turned out the A/C drain was plugged up and the water was running down and getting under the flooring. I pulled the drain hose off and ran a wire up through the drain hole and water ran out for about 5 minutes. After I widened out the plastic drain hole where the hose attaches, I never had wet floors anymore.

I'm out on the Triangle Of Pain again.

    Today has been particularly painful.

I'm at a flavorings plant that makes the artificial flavors you enjoy in your Major National Brand foods.

I got here at 1030am for an 830am. I know, my fault.

But the 7am tanker was still waiting for the first of two box trucks to unload before they finally called him at 1130am.

I had to wait for two more box trucks, finally got called to unload at 3pm.

And I'm supposed to "live wash" in Chicago before I get to Ham Mound.

And this trailer is unloading slow af.

The sounds I'm hearing make me wonder if the receiver (a vacation sub) forgot to open a valve somewhere.

He is, of course, nowhere to be found.

And since I'm late, I probably won't collect detention, even though there's been massive eff-uppery on the part of the receiver.

    Aw, well........

Composting is the way to go. Coffee grounds and the filter can go right in. Along with lots of other plant based waste. Big thing is to keep meat out of it. Have multiple composting bins going at a time. Garden loves it, so do the worms. That has its own problem. The ravens, crows and other birds like the worms.

Why would you say that since it's estimated that at least 3.5 million more people are on U.S. election rolls than are eligible to vote?

Plastics could almost be completely eliminated from use. They would still have a place for some things. Here is the brick wall that gets in the way, profits. Plastics are very profitable. Not just for the producers, but the companies that use the package. Glass is heavy, bulky and fragile. Not to mention the initial cost. Plastic is light, cheap and not so fragile. When I was a younger person, a lot of products were in glass. Sure you had to return them for deposit or credit, but you didn’t just toss it out. Today, a large amount of glass gets dumped into landfill for one reason, the cost of recovery/recycling.
