I've also seen them lift the laws for a day or two so the county boys can get to there favorite pit for sand

Yep, that's what the 'gov't' boss used to tell me. "It's better to ask forgiveness, than to ask for permission". :) Worked for him, never worked for me. They never seemed to be in a forgiving mood, so I always asked permission. :)

You know, 15' wide isn't really a big deal unless it's sticking out one side.

curious if some of the states hassle you if you put it all off the drivers side?

I can see why you wouldn’t want too… normally. But I reckon if you got a lot of two lane on a route……… not gonna be a fun time

Other options would be to stand it up and be close to 17' tall or try to turn it and then figure out how to keep the tips from falling when you try to balance it on what looks to be about 2' of material.

While I wouldn't be too thrilled at first I'd haul it exactly like that too.

Also any time an engineer gets involved with my freight it ends up being twice the headache for the same price. I'd prefer if they just stay at their desk and play with a ruler or something.

I promise that no mail boxes were harmed during this move. However I am sorry to report that three construction barrels did meet their demise.

The way it is loaded was the easiest way. I even have the weight off center a bit to keep the width as low as possible. We took it down a few two lane roads and it wasn't that bad.

Don't mean to bore you, but this again. At least the hills are pretty! PXL_20220506_210139886.MP.jpg PXL_20220506_210106075.MP.jpg PXL_20220506_210139886.MP.jpg PXL_20220506_210106075.MP.jpg 16518712423105447823717267309506.jpg

I'm not quite sure how I managed the duplicates.
