Right on brother ! Sweet looking rig. Probably see you around again sometime. Next time dinner/breakfast/coffees on me. Although it seems like i always miss someone in the this thread by a day or so or end up driving right passed them

@TripleSix so I've had to reset my quest for the 500lb deadlift. Just couldn't seem to get beyond 445. Every attempt at breaking 450 just resulted in me not being able to get out of bed the next day.

My new strategy is to ditch the straps and belt. Then work my way up to 4 plates raw and using only double overhand grip. So far I'm up to pulling 3 plates for a couple reps like that.

I figure maybe I was going beyond my physical limitations at 450. My theory is if I keep going raw, hopefully I'll build my grip strength and strengthen the lower back. Then I'll be able to smash past the 450 mark when I do put the belt and straps back on.
