LOL. That idiot's painting skills are as good as his fab skills. I’m a parts changer at best. Well, maybe better than that as I change the correct parts.

I been thinking of putting the stuff together to paint mine. I painted quite a few aircraft in my younger days but dont really have a space to do it in yet.

nothing fancy and glittery but I want it to look good.

If you pick the right color you can just paint one part at a time. Makes it way way easier. I need to do mine too. Think this is the route I’m going? Same color as what I already have. Single stage white. Lasted 20 years so far. A couple of corrosion spots and damaged spots need repaint but most still looks great.

    Both you guys are capable!

We had a feral kitten, my wife did the same with. Black cat. Female. We named her Turkey.

Good cat for the most part, bat #### crazy as we came to find out a couple years later, but still a good cat. If me and the wife, or even just me solo would walk to the CVS a few blocks away, she'd follow right along, like a dog. Used to crack people up, who'd see it. She'd even wait outside the store for us. Just chill out in a bush. Then walk back home with us. Cool cat...but still bat #### crazy.

Far as the rest of this thread, I will do as I always do...

Make tacos, eat said tacos, and carry on.

Long as I have tacos, the rest of it will work it's self out.

Check out ezrider on YouTube. He has painted a couple of his trucks and is a great resource for all kinds of truck and trailer related repairs.

Pic something out to practice on. It was like 30+ years since my dad painted life boats. You can always start over if you screw up. I like tugs idea.

The prep work is the hardest and most important

I couldn’t hold Ezra’s beverage. I’d be afraid my inability would rub off on him. His skills and knowledge are amazing.
