    Not sure that's normal bud.
You may want to see a urologist.

Best way to lower your blood pressure quickly is to send your wife and kids on a long vacation right before your physical.

I was speaking to a man late this afternoon that told me he brought his blood pressure down by eating 2 Apple Cider Vinegar gummies after dinner. He also said they helped with digestion.

Yes. I have shown blood in my urine since I was in my late 20’s. I have been scoped, poked, prodded, tested been under 5 urologist/nephrologist observation basically since then. I always go to the same Dr for my physical because he is familiar with my history. Matter of fact in late February my intern guy that ihve had for a long time, saw my creatinine level had risen slightly. So they decided to biopsy kidney to see what was goin on. Again found not problem, only that the blood, or protein, caused the creatinine to elevate slightly. It’s back down now. Said my kidneys were abnormal for me in that, they usually see this in people that have been very overweight and lost a whole lot of it. Which isn’t my case as I have always carried a little extra weight but not obese by any means.

A lot of people, myself included have the white coat syndrome. Get nervous when get into doctor and it makes people go up. Always happens to me. Before or after leaving my BP is fine.
I just take some lisinopril for a few days before going in. Or take a 1 mile walk.
You can take BP at home or drugstore before going in and shoe doc the readings. That way doc knows it is wc syndrome

You are CORRECTLY speaking to the connection between the psychological and physical with regard to high blood pressure. Considering just how bad getting dinged with high BP I am shocked WCS is not happening more and more. However, that part you quoted I was speaking to purely physical reasons for it. I have spoken to many people about this issue. You are NEVER supposed to make a diagnosis of hypertension just based on one reading. In my last few years when I was still driving, I would show up and ask to be allowed to go lay down for about 15 minutes in a quiet dark room. This is why I sum this up this way. Hypertension is caused by eating junk and not getting enough exercise. These same things also cause out-of-control diabetes and can eventually lead to heart problems. I am 64 and a week can barely go by that I don't hear from someone that a person I have known since childhood has died from heart problems or had a stroke. Almost all of them are diabetic and a few have already lost feet. I know a man that lost a finger. This is why I am begging people to eat right and get out of that #### truck and walk more.

Take aspirin an hour before. It’ll thin your blood.

The Doc I go to has a quiet room with recliners that they take you to if your initial B/P reading is too high. I fell asleep and the nurse snuck up on me and got my B/P reading. Was fine that time.

Unsure about the last part. Do you have diabetes too? Your blood pressure is in hypertensive state and uncontrolled , you will not get a two year card until stable and with discretion. Your blood pressure at time of testing cannot be pre-determined bodily stressors to genetics will determine this . You could walk in with perfect pressure or with an even worse one . With a pressure like that you need to be on (I am not a doctor) an ace inhibitor and beta blocker. Soon. With borderline hypertension diet and lifestyle can regulate you . Your past that . Medicine will be needed . You can however still get a card and pass but you need to show your working with a doctor . Do not gaff this off . Hypertension damages things slowly until "bam" it breaks . Do everyone a favor and yourself go to a doc before dot . Your health is a stake . I have hypertension and I control it you should too.
