If your cac is mounted on top of the radiator you probably won't have to change the grill. Our 98 was mounted on the bottom and it was just rubbing the condenser. We used the original shroud. Don't remember the part # for condenser but it's the same one thats on my 99 give you the vin

Yep thats it. You might be ok then with still using the old grill. Ours is the complete opposite. With the trans cooler mounted at the top of radiator. The problem we ran in to is the new condenser being mounted at the bottom of the radiator was just rubbing the very bottom of the new condenser. Lots of room at the top of the radiator. Because if you need to you can pull the top back alitte by adjusting the radiator supports.
