Probably because I live in Pennsylvania and so does Dave White. There's a bunch of internet trolls that live in my area spreading slander about him so it's only natural He would know what's going on out this way.

    Channel 9 was a Ghost Town in the 2000 - 2010 Decade.
In 2001, I was rolling, one time on a Dedicated Route in Ohio in Winter, South on Rt. 23 towards The Chillbowl when I saw a non running vehicle on the side with fogged windows, up next to Guardrail.
Tried CH. 9 repeatedly then gave a Go At "Are There Any PIGS on this Channel".
Got a non offensive response From A Self Identified Trooper, I apologized for using derogatory speech, then gave them the location of that seemingly occupied vehicle.
I Said Thanks and went back to 19.

Back in the 90s the CHP in Cali said they monitored ch 9. But if you ever asked them a question on 19 they would usually come back and talk to you. So I guess not too many monitored ch 9.

They used radios that had that channel 9 monitoring ability, I don’t remember which one they had but the radios were sold in the 80’s and 90’s. You could set a channel, hit a monitor switch so it would switch back to 9 every five seconds or so. I had a midland that did that.

That's interesting, I assumed it was Motorola cb radios they were using. After some research I found a Motorola Mocat 4009 with the monitoring function.

Yes, you have told that lie in the past but that doesn't change who I am regardless of who you wish I was.

I just got a "better" CB than the Uniden I was using and have been hearing what sounds like the same person going on and on about something since I hooked it up. I can't make out what he's saying as the static drowns him out, but I hear more of him around OKC.
