Good pictures. If those tires are on the steer axle get them changed now. Like today.
If they're on the trailer or the drive axle don't run them any further than the next tire shop.
If your boss thinks those tires are okay to run he's either the biggest cheapskate I've ever seen or just plain ignorant.
