I always feel bad when I see they ate the larvae out of combs I bombed the heck out of with spray.

Cousin knocked a nest off the back of the feed hopper on the crusher with a bucket of rock. All bad fast when he got back with the next one. He was swole up like the Michelin Man and mostly hateful for a few days.

Apparently wasp venom is less potent than honeybee venom. I can take a few wasp stings ok but if a bee gets me I'm in for a rough day.

You almost have to be really mean to a bee before they bother you. Those other things are savage though.

Wasps sting just because they're dicks. The bee that got me was on the ground or a flower. I crawled under my truck and must've unknowingly pinned it with my arm.

Loading stuff to go to auction is where I’ve had the most encounters. I learned to be wary walking up to a machine or truck that looked like it had been there a while. Only time a bee got me it came off the mirror and went down between me and the backrest. Cab over thing, end up sunburnt and covered in dead bugs like you were on a motorcycle all day.

Local hero, great guy I worked with him years ago. Lots of great stuff in his catalogue.
Actually need to amend that, in the day he was big across the country.

They are trying to eradicate those Murder Hornets over in Washington. Yikes those darn things are big! Hit it center of mass or you will just make it mad big. Glad I don't work over there in the woods anymore.

That right there is what keeps me from rolling with my windows down on nice days. And at night. I have some irrational fear that a bat is going accidentally come in the window, get stuck between my back and the seat and just start rabies'ing me.
