We have enough credible people here to acknowledge a downward trend has been forming.
From my end, I do acknowledge that load board freight for vans dropped dramatically and it is much less than what it used to be.
Maybe refers and open decks are doing better, so we might wait a little longer for the effect of connected vessels to work their way there too.

 

looks like there is quite a disparity, at this point of discussion, between what is understood as a spot market and anything else.

 

who builds a business off of this and truly expects to thrive? This is and always will be “back haul” rates. Except during the pandemic which was an anomaly

 

I agree 100%. I can see things are gonna fall off, but Ray Charles coulda seen it comin two years ago.

But, it hasn't affected me yet. It will catch up to me eventually.
