It seems we are off to Austin, TX in the very early AM. I was sure it was next week, but Miss Sweet Southern Appointment Gal verified it twice.

Was having dinner at a little Mexican place.
3 baskets of fresh cooked chips and salsa.
A 3 1/2 lb burrito special, steak.
3 Limeades.

It was plenty for me to be honest. Wife says I use to eat more back when I still smoked cigarettes than I do now. It’s been 15 years….? Since I touched a cigarette….

 

Not fancy. But they have been here since 1947. Big footlong with homemade ketchup and same root beer since 1947 made in shop. Nice day for a scooter ride.

Was originally a car hop till about 5 years back. Then Tim horton offered a stupid amount of money for the property. They just downsized and moved uptown. Original family just sold it to new owners. Had to stop in and support them. I get my Jollys in tiffin ohio. Thats the new shirts. Jollys rootbeer stand.
