    That beats a kick in the nuts with a frozen moccasin already. Take the fuel mileage and run if LTL is soft.

    Ive noticed brokers love the word partial.. Means they can cut the rate even more.. Dont care if my deck is filled or only 2 inches of freight still cost me the same.. Cant tell them that tho. Its a growing pet peeve of mine....

    Lol loaded in Minneapolis, 98 degrees. Unloaded 150 miles north in Duluth 48 degrees. The weather’s crazy!

    Same. I don't haul for partial rates. When I said I was looking for a partial, I was looking for a whole second load that would actually fit.

    NM to NY. I never thought I'd haul these, but it was finally time to rip off the band-aid. Plus, it paid fine enough considering the rates in this neck of the woods. A shade over $3 on 2,100 miles, and I can deliver Saturday. Then pull a 34 and start next week in a way better area.

    Reading this, I think I'm still trying to convince myself this was a good idea...
