    When I applied for a driving job on the section for work experience it just ask for a Linkedin URL. Do I need a Linkedin account now to show my work experience or will they ask that later in the process? Thanks.

    You should have received an email after applying to complete the background. (Check your junk folder, this is where I found mine)

    I was wondering the same thing about Linkedin, but this background was the complete application as far as I can tell. My application is still under review, but I just did it last week.

    Below is a copy of the email I received:

    Congratulations on your application of employment at Walmart Inc.! As part of your application, you are required to submit to a background check. You have 72 hours from the timestamp on this email to authorize your background check.

    Walmart Inc. requests that you begin this simple process to initiate and complete a background screening with an easy to use application called Profile Advantage, powered by First Advantage. It's mobile-friendly, so you can start now and be done in just a few minutes. We recommend using Chrome, Firefox or Safari for the most optimal experience, though any browser should work fine. There is a limited time to complete the screening, so be sure to start today.

    After creating your password, you will answer a set of screening questions and then submit your responses. Be sure to check your email daily in case additional information is requested. When your background check is completed, you can log back in at any time to access your background report.

    Thanks!! I found the background check in my spam folder. Didn't think of checking my spam folder since I got the thank you for applying in my regular inbox. I would have missed the 72 hour deadline.
