In road trucks I want to say they shift like a 9 speed could be different patterns. Then there are the deep reduction gears great for getting out of a hole. Some folks just never seem to figure out how to get from deep reduction, LL, to low without stopping or raking gears really bad.mile marker 27 and spsauerland Thank this. -
My memories of a 15 speed was riding with my Gramps (R.I.P. "Milk Jockey") in his 82 Ford L9000. Day cab pulling a Timpte hopper bottom. 350 Big Cam with Dayton wheels, New Way air ride with "Canadian Spread" tandems. Coming up out of Brookville way overloaded, my probably five year old self wondering what he was grabbing towards floor as we got into the low side, why they put deep reduction/splitter down there is beyond me.

Looks like you have a standard 15 speed. Shift pattern in progression may change with different torque ratings and such? Odd I have never seen a pattern listed for shifting gears from top to bottom in a 15 speed. Directions are as if you have to stop in order to shift from LL to L.
Great transmissions for what you are doing.mile marker 27 Thanks this. -

However I was incorrect about never seeing that shift pattern listed. The oil drilling rig had it listed. -
