This is one of them put together loads and all three stops say call ahead. Be at first stop 0900 cuz that is when they open and start receiving. Told my DM and she Im not supposed to set my own appts. all worried that planners will be mad or something. I told her Im just following written instructions on the paperwork for all three stops. Last stop is a bunch of furniture going to a furnished apt complex in the Vail, CO area, oughta be fun getting into and out of.....

Earned a day of layover, unless it's a drop, try to avoid Best Buy in Dublin.
Pu in Winnsboroin the morning, was suppose to load today, looking at you best buy, headed for Mt Crawford.
Hometime this weekend,feel like I need a break,the communication,is sorely lacking. -
Got my first two stops off today. Good thing they didn't send a green driver cuz they probably would have followed the gps down a dirt road and rolled over or got stuck that wasn't made for trucks. Had to use google earth to see the correct way in. Correct way had a 37 ton bridge which is why gps wouldn't route that way. Plus second stop was a real tiny warehouse that you had to blind side jack knife into the dock. Looking at it you wouldn't think a full size road truck and 53 footer wouldn't fit but it does. These multi-stop LTLs can be interesting. I won't get to third stop in Vail, CO til Sat but customer can't unload on weekends, don't want to pay employees overtime. So waiting to see what the planners want to do. My luck Ill get stuck sitting on the load til Monday. Cuz no place to drop it and no use swapping cuz gotta give 24 hrs notice to customer before arriving so he can get the guys there to unload the furniture. If I get stuck sitting Ill just end the trip Sat. so goes on this pay and deliver Monday. Otherwise Ill have a no pay week. Can't believe the planners couldn't come up with anything today.....I would have been there tomorrow but the second stop was 170 total miles off route going to CO. 85 miles south west of Kingdom City, MO then 85 back to 70. I could have been well into KS if not for that second stop....We'll see what tomorrow brings.
Lonesome, ExtremeUnction and Finfn1372 Thank this.
