Semi-truck driver arrested for carrying a concealed weapon in Eaton Co.
According to authorities,the traffic stop happened on I-96 in Eaton County. Police said the driver was speeding more than 90 miles per hour in a 70 miles per hour zone.
Police said they discovered a handgun during the traffic stop.
The driver, a 27-year-old man from Missouri, has been arrested.

Stupid reporters. There are no 70mph areas for trucks in Michigan. It's 65 in that area.

Talked to some spectators and was told that sometimes the police themselves engage in exhibition of speed, and have displayed a show of force minus anyone being pulled over or attempting to stop this event.
When asked if there has ever been any fatalities, one guy showed me a video of a motorcyclist performing a high speed wheelie only to die rear ending a car. This fatality occurred only yards away from the guy I spoke with.Boondock Thanks this. -

Idiot.
All he needed was a permit from his home state to carry concealed and it wouldn’t have been a problem in Michigan.
