So if I lie and tell them I didn’t drive for the others that aren’t listed on my DAC, am I breaking the law?
I just want another chance to drive as I had all different reasons for leaving each one.

You State You Want To START FRESH but you cannot do so by HIDING YOUR PAST!!

You HAVE TO MENTION where You Received (seemingly short) Training!!

    SCHOOL, EMPLOYERS, WHERE??

You Appear To Want To Slide Under The Hurdles and Continue The Race Unabated.
It Doesn't Work Like That Nowadays as well 20 years back.

I'm Beginning To Believe You're The Problem, Not The 5 Companies.
To Only "Gain a measly 1 month experience" through FIVE (so far as we know) employers", well, West uv Wuk Charwy.

Yes, you are breaking the law. When you fill out an application, there is a point where you sign the application, either by typing your name or drawing your signature on your device. There is a box that you will check before this that is your acknowledgement that the information provided is true to the best of your knowledge. Falsifying information on an application for employment that is federally regulated is a crime. Your prospective employer has the responsibility to do its due diligence in verifying all employment (or periods of unemployment). This is done before being officially hired, but any company that hires a person and learns of information on the application being false can (and usually will) terminate the person. Can the company then report the person for lying on the application? Yes, but I believe it would have to be more severe than not disclosing all places of employment.

Don't try to beat the system. Find a place that will hire you, avoid tickets and accidents, stick with the company for 2 years, and then apply for the company that really offers what you are wanting. You might just find that you like working for that company that gave you a shot. If you try to beat the system, you will be back here posting about having been fired and asking @Chinatown if there are any companies that will give you a chance. At that point, any trucking company willing to put you in a truck will probably not treat you very well. This industry is serious business. Don't play around with it.

I have to give you downvote, Val_Caldera. I am not “The Problem”. I just had some errors as a new driver and too difficult with certain routes for companies that were too hard or didn’t have the right Trainors, etc.
P.S. in case you didn’t notice I am female. So yeah it’s hard to believe that female drivers, like myself, are more nervous and less flexible than male drivers. So I don’t really appreciate some negative advice like yours especially coming from a male driver.

You know, you'll get more help if you list what happened at every company. You don't have to say the name of the co.
I'll bet there’s a common denominator there somewhere. But you have to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

Are you hinting that you crashed 5 trucks in under a month? And by crash, that even means bumping a trailer in a parking lot or getting stuck in the grass by leaving the pavement to maneuver.

Thank you Boondock, at least you weren’t as highly criticizing as this guy, so I do appreciate it.

No! I had a couple incidents with my first company. The second carrier was too physical a job for me, as it was unloading heavy dolley carts. The third company, they told me to leave for the time as it sounded like I was too busy to work. The fourth freaking company told me based on my past companies and how the first week of training went, they forced me resign. The last company was just a yard jockey position but they also told me to resign as I was still a new driver. So I am still looking to drive, I think it’s all a matter of finding the right company and becoming a better driver. Of course this is a dangerous job, but I think I deserve another chance like every other driver.

Being straight with employers during the interview will save you a lot of trouble. Be honest about your availability, experience, and physical limitations, and be ready to move on if they don't seem to value your health, time or training needs.

    Chinatown Thanks this.
