We have Elk back in WV now, and I hear vibes of reintroducing Buffalo….. never really knew Buffalo were here….

Hmm, I thought they were first found west of the Mississippi River. (The buffalo that is.) Held onto that from grade school.

 

Alright. Tree stump in part of the driveway is getting ground down into non-existence tomorrow morning. This week is getting all of the administrative crap squared away and making sure I'm up-to-date on all things compliance. Bought truck supplies and some stuff to give her a good bath from stem to stern, maybe even a little polish.

Boogied today. Got the 210 delivered this morning in Birmingham. Got to reload tomorrow in Charleston SC — two mini excavators for Garner NC and Mills River.

I know I know, just a pan fried cheeseburger. But have y'all ever heard of Dexter beef.? I hadn't..

Got 2lbs of Dexter ground beef across the street from that giraffe joint the other day for $6bucks.. Best ground beef I've ever ate. Apparently they are pretty small animal.? Bout 250lb hanging weight. Think me & the folks are going to go halves on a half, if that makes sense? Split 125lb between us. We'll see how it goes..

 

Goes great with potatoes, cause thats were it came from! HAVE pint of Guinness to.

 

Wife is headed to the ER with Covid and chest pressure and shortness of breath. She works at the hospital and dealt with a Covid patient Friday night. Hoping it turns out to be ok.
