Serious question that needs an answer. Why do so many truck drivers just bend over and take it?

WTF are you even trying to say? Nothing you say is true or makes sense..

i remember what it was like, it wasn’t all peaches and cream, you worked and you knew what work was. Most drivers today could not make it a week if they had to work in those conditions.

 

So many guys here i wanna throw a @ at, but that wouldn't be nice.

 

You are hanging around the wrong people if you believe this.

 

Go work construction for awhile. It will heal you of all the complaining about your career choice.

 

I've talked to many drivers that claim they're bending over and taking it. Ask them why they don't change companies and they can't come up with a sensible answer. They're wimps.

 

I've known and worked with many drivers that claimed they're getting shafted, but refused to change companies.
One had been with the reefer company for 32 years and claimed it was horrible.
That's one reason I never believe Goggle or Company reviews from truck drivers. They post based on emotion, not fact. Some were born complaining and will die complaining.

 

I’ve gotten bent over many times by many companies. I just smile through the pain and say thank you may I have another.

 

1) why is it that everytime someone wants to tell us the job of a trucker..it includes food, fuel, lumber, and now AMAZON PACKAGES..???? HOLY CRAP

now THAT was something i didn't know..>!!!!!!!

2) your grandaddy was right, i put in 48 years myself, and back in my/his day, we carried a crow bar, and bashed heads, got drunk at every truckstop, took bennies and had white line fever.....and we got every waitress preggo. we were manly men......

3) they don't just bend over, it looks that way to the untrained eye, when they are actually picking up thier very heavy truckers wallet that fell to the floor. no trucker gets screwed over, unless it's from one of his waitress baby mama's, and she wants alimony or palimony.

4) no one "just accepts it", unless of course you mean a lease/purchase plan..????
