Thanks for the Driver Pulse suggestion. I didn't kow about it or the "get answers from drivers" feature of it.

I remember before Trapper Keepers came out. Heck, I remember when the Vietnam War ended asking my mom if that meant there would be no more wars again? I was just a kid and yes it was dumb question. I don't remember if it was before or after I stuck a penny in an electrical outlet. Don't stick pennies in electrical outlets or Charlie wins.

Yeah, kids will do that on the internet. Did I tell you about watching astronauts on the moon on a black and white TV rolled into a classroom or building model rockets in school where the theme was America's Bicentennial. It wasn't watching the Watergate Hearings on TV, but it was pretty fun. Gasoline was 30 cents, payphones were 10 cents, and children played outside. It was magical if you liked red or green toughskins and gold, avocado, or orange kitchen appliances.

I'm so old I remember when Star Wars was just a movie, not a franchise, or a way of life.
I even remember when Saturday Night Live was funny.

I'm so old I remember when Star Wars was THE movie, and people (me included) would walk out of the theater and get back in line (waiting for hours) for another showing.

I traveled around a bit and so watched it from many different locations around the country.
Did you know that there are subtle differences in cuts between the theaters in different parts of the country? A name was different (Biggs vs. Bates in one combat scene) or small voice inflections like in the scene with Luke's aunt when she says 'All of his friends have gone'. (All of his FRIENDS have gone vs. All of his friends have GONE)
