Most of the guys I knew running chillys out of Ab ran that triangle. Some of them hauled dry freight outbound, Caneda trucks, and produce back. They were doing pretty good on that lane back in the day.

It's a great lane. Miles are 3100 to 3500 per rounder depending on the run.
7k+/month gross as a company driver. With a 68 MPH truck.
Twice as much as an O/O.
The secret was how good of a dispatcher you have and how many refused loads.
    My Motto:
Anywhere, Anytime, Anything. No loads refused.
As long safety is not compromised. And can I do it legal?
    Legal and safe. End game.

Good dispatcher is easy to find if you’re the guy will go out and make whatever they throw at you go away. They’ll find you.

My favorite speed limit was 89 MPH.
    My little weakness, I know.
Am I forgiven if I confess?

    bryan21384 Thanks this.

I drive rather slowly, say 55-62 where appropriate. It feels safe.

But it only feels safe with all the idiots way up the road. No thank you on the limiters.

Soon owner operators will be paying for a new ICC bar down the right side of the trailer

They need to do something about driver training instead of giving a cdl to any window licker that wants one.
