I believe they have about 1500 trucks. Just USX with another name on the door.
I have seen these "ambassadors" dropping their referral links everywhere the past couple years... really trying to get those 2 cents, I guess.

Yeah, some of those recruiters can be real sneaky, no? -
You’d be shocked at how much better the lazy ones get treated in our sector.Opus, motocross25, mjd4277 and 2 others Thank this. -

You misunderstand what I was saying there. The hustle has nothing to do with driving the truck. The hustle is how many people you can recruit to come drive for them. I don’t drive anymore (for anyone). But when I did, I drove hard. I was that “strong solo” as someone put it, but it didn’t matter. I made better money here than other places, but I could have made a lot more if they had actually ran me and my clock. -

I just now saw the ops comment about hustling. If being rewarded requires recruiting I am generally out because others experiences at a carrier could be different than mine.ducnut Thanks this. -
I, too, usually have good experiences. But, I’ve always worked. That willingness, generally, got me priority dispatching, because dispatchers always knew I’d take a load without complaint and be there when I’m supposed to be. With that, came higher earnings and better treatment. Instead of moping around the driver facilities and shops, I tried to always be upbeat. That positivity gets back to management, too, as I’ve seen e-mail exchanges with the comments. Attitude can make all the difference, with how someone experiences a company.Banker Thanks this. -
Aren’t they getting rid of the “Variant” project? I read that somewhere.
