I have never delivered there but loaded hundreds of times. It's always a 3.5 hour experience minimum. We lost the dedicated account a couple years ago but are getting it back mid June. It's a good out and back run from High Point.

Just wondering what to expect. I imagine piling everyone in the inspection building doesn't happen anymore.

As a company driver I found I get paid when I drop or deliver. If drop on yard by Saturday n send TRANSFLO in I get paid before delivery. I have heard o/o have issues getting paid fast

Sorry for the really late reply but with that said as was previously said. We had major growing pains in the beginning but.... now I think its overall better personally I'm glad I stuck it out in the beginning of the merger it wasn't the greatest.

Heniff seems like a decent outfit to work for I saw you ask about Bridgeport we gained a few drivers from there recently. I'm a trainer for heniff out of the pedricktown facility and make a #### good living here. Majority of our work is out and back. Pm me if you want my number and I will send it to you.

well I am officially no longer with Heniff I was not going to put up with the BS no more screwing me over on pay and the crappy equipment with crap tires that are no good for winter driving which causes you to slip and slide every where and getting stuck. The Mack i drove with dually tires handle a hell of lot better I had so many close calls this last winter of almost crashing the truck because of that stupid computer sensor crap on the trucks causing the truck to do stupid crap. This company can care less about there employees. I missed working for superior Carriers which was a hell of a better company then Heniff can ever think about being. I made less money this year then i did working for Superior Carriers and Heniff has lied about a bunch of stuff and broke many promises made to me. they also could not even keep me busy enough throughout the weeks. I would not recommend working for this outfit and funny thing in the last year since Heniff took over. My terminal has lost #### near all there drivers because of these company. Now they only have one driver left LOL. I cant believe that they decided they will not reimburse there drivers for anything done on the company behalf as well. they expect you to work at least have your time spent over the week doing stuff on the company's behalf for free. and now apparently you are required to have a TWIC card which i do not have since Superior did not require it. They keep hounding me about it which of course they refuse to pay for it or your time to get one which I would have to drive my own vehicle clear across the state to get one which when everything was done probably would of cost me about $500 dollars or more. Does the company care not a chance. so this last time I got harassed about it I was like I ain't getting one and by the way here is my my notice. Also Heniff has such a bad rating on all them job sites like indeed, It is ridiculous I mean Swift has a better higher rating then Heniff for crying out loud LOL. I think Heniff is pretty much Swify in the the tanker world.

Anyone still here at Heniff? I am working my last 6 weeks into retirement right now.

I will say the money has gotten considerably better since I went percentage. Around Feb or so dispatch told us dedicated drivers we might want to switch since the rates on the loads we haul got a nice bump. I switched early Feb and my mid year gross was over 40k with 2 weeks off for Covid. I estimate if I worked the rest of the year as much as I could I could approach 90k.

If you are still on mileage you might want to check the rates of the loads you run a lot.

still here. I also switched to % last Sept and saw a very nice steady increase in rates. Some of the loads are 40% higher than last year. According to an IC the FSC right now is 63% for my region.

Enjoy your retirement! Do you have any plans or are you just going to take it day to day?

I’m still here, still on mileage but I am considering percentage. As a driver trainer I get extra money to train, and Pasadena has been hiring student drivers like crazy

So financially I have been doing pretty well, and everybody I have trained over the last 6 months have gone percentage and they are very happy. Heniff has its flaws, but they seem to be working things out

Talked to a driver out of Augusta Ga a couple weeks ago, he said just about all of the superior drivers who left after the heniff buyout have come back

I wish you well in your retirement. I really appreciated the help you gave and the kindness you showed both myself and other who were interested in Superior and in general. You're one of the reasons that Truckers Report has been an amazing experience over the years

I have a pretty busy schedule in the fall. Probably do some volunteer swim coaching if I get bored. Plenty to do around the house in the short term.

I moved on I got an offer to join the union full benefits 30 dollars an hour at least 3% increase every year, double time on Sundays and overtime after 8 plus retirement at 25 and home every night... Good company but at least on my terminal it felt like the good old boys club
