Husband and wife team starting with R&L Carriers

Honestly every trucking company needs major help right now. As long your driving record isn't messed up too bad you're almost guaranteed to get a driving job rn. Unless that location is full. But it they brought you in for the interview then they definitely need the help

And I disagree with you cause we’ve also applied to OD and R&L and never heard back from them, with R&L we’ve heard back yes but it was for a solo position and we have no interest in doing that, and the guy that interviewed us there said he’ll forward our info to the teams manager but nothing has happened, we wanna keep running as a team so

 

I said they needed help,.not necessarily all team positions, so there is nothing to disagree on. Which company

 

Any truth to thia link indiana mike? This link is straight from r and l carriers website saying they pay 150k each per driver out of the kennesaw Georgia terminal that im closest too next closest would ne Atlanta. Im thinking about applying just need to add my hazmat endorsement. Please if anyone knows about a raise or something big that happened because this is life changing money..

I worked out of that terminal as team driver couple years ago.

150K per year is a 50% raise from what I was making.

Highly suspect.

There is one team in ATL that might be making that. They're literally home for 24hrs. each week. The drivers finish up their 34's in the truck.

 

How was the kennesaw terminal? Would you recommend running out of that terminal for teams or Atlanta is better? Were you running teams or solo? Cause every driver i spoke to says they were making 110-120k but this was all 1-3yrs ago one driver said he cleared take home 120k net.. he loved working for r and l so he said he believes it cause the money is always increasing every year and over time.

Kennesaw terminal is like 25-30 min from my house in canton ga but Atlanta is like an hour or more away..

I was thinking like 150k that would be on the very highest paying company out of all ltl besides ups and fedex freight possibly second place.. but hey if they need drivers and want to keep them then i guess they could pay this much its possible.. i know they pay like 79-80cpm i spoke to a recruiter not sure if this was starting pay or top out pay.. if its starting then i can see top out pay being 150k doesn't mean ill make 150k but its possible if you run super hard and dont play around and are about your money.. either way i think for team drivers this is a good fit too make a lot of money for us..

The recruiter said id probably get a bid run faster out of Atlanta and Atlanta probably has better runs but said kennesaw isnt a bad terminal either..
