Headline should read. "Trucking company fires man because the company can't follow the law."
It's illegal to send a driver for a drug test unless the driver meets certain criteria.
Random, wreck, and actual knowledge.
Actual knowledge has to be observed by someone trained. It can't just be someone with a grudge.
This driver has a slam dunk case of wrongful termination if he wants to go that route.Gearjammin' Penguin, Studebaker Hawk, Geekonthestreet and 18 others Thank this. -

Here are the six reasons when to drug test CDL drivers to comply with the DOT-FMCSA 49 CFR Part 382:
- Pre-employment
- Post-accident
- Random
- Return-to-duty
- Follow-up
- Reasonable Suspicion/Cause
And I completely agree with your last statement. I mean, come on. After the first 3 turned out good, (and by this time you should be aware of the domestic drama), the next time the chick calls, you should simply say, "Thank you ma'am.", and move on. This is silly.Gearjammin' Penguin, Geekonthestreet, Bean Jr. and 9 others Thank this. -
It's unbelievable to me how low some people's standards, both for themselves and others, can be.
Opus Thanks this. -

Man.....that story was tough. I felt so badly for the both of them. That ex wife was just a bona-fide ##### for no reason. What I can't understand about folks when they seek revenge is, why do they have to go mess with someone's livelihood or way to earn money? Obe never been the one to seek revenge but if I wanted some "get back," I certainly would not involve someone's living. I don't even know why she sought to mess his life up. She's the one that fouled up. Nonetheless, I am glad for the result.

Driver has a very good case for hiring a lawyer and collecting some money from the company that fired him .
And he needs to just get a job at another company where the crazy ##### can’t find him.
This might be the one case where working for one of the 1099 companies would be a good thing .Bean Jr. Thanks this. -
"We'll Have A Gay Ol' Time" = Flintstones Theme Song.
"The Gay Nineties" referred to the 1890's yet applied as well to the 1990's.
Isn't one of the pair the woman, or do gay male couples switch, regardless of kickstand?
CHEERS!!
