Family situations will get very complicated sometimes; marriage/divorce, abuse...
Feelings on opposite sides get cross ways and breed violence, with tragic results.
With age and experience; we learn to let them run out to conclusion unless physical.
Then, step in and tell the abuser how "it is going to be". Usually clears up the boundaries.

My buddy who went to landstarve and left to go back to cryo is becoming a see you next Tuesday. He’s bragging about the revenue but he’s only been home for 6 hours in a month. He doesn’t seem to remember the first thing he told agents was he didn’t work weekends. I’m staying amused watching his grand plans because he still thinks his 389 is worth stupid money.
