    (job loyalty is overrated.)
Very true, like free speech. Fine as long as we reciprocate somewhat equally, but when you try to give me the short stick, no more loyal boss...
Example: At hiring, was told keep the fuel discount, do not bump the ticket.
Later was given raise of $.01 per mile, BUT SHOW THE DISCOUNT.. After close calcs of me, my truck, and discounts I was getting, it was no raise,
Loyalty went out the office window as I left the meeting. 6 months later I was with Beneke Corp., running team west coast.

I will wager less than half of the members here know of this discount you speak of.

Strange... Back then, there were a lot of Trackside and Tank Car places. Just a nice roomy lot, 2 or 3 railroad cars in back for Reg and Ethyl,
good gas and gave a drivers discount. If you asked to show it on the ticket, it was pump price. For drivers only. This particular one was on US30,just as you crossed in to IN by 3 tracks of RR crossing. I have loaded in Waukesha, and having burned down, coasted into his pumps. Max return, my slogan.

Check your Kroger store (if you have one) for the Hatch Pepper promotion they are pushing this week. Johnsonville even has Hatch flavored beef brats out.
They claim the greens pulled early are so so hot, but mature reds will provide a well lit fire. Google Hatch, NM for details. Must be that rocky, deserted terrain.

    THE TRUCK HAS STOPPED!!!!!!

STOPPED FOR AN INDIGENOUS 34 AT AN INDIGENOUS PEELOT!!!!!!

Currently 118 miles from Monday morning target.

34 is the only way I can complete this mission and reach the objectives The OM has assigned me.

Why did we choose a Peelot for a 34? Cause there's half a dozen good places to eat close by, and one that has ICE CREAM.

    The OM is pleased.
