In fairness to both sides and playing devils advocate here.
Yes it was a non self driving model which means the blame was squarely on the driver UNLESS something went wrong in the computer or the steering system that caused it to go bonkers. Which is something that can happen to any car that is computer controlled or aided.
But i also agree that teslas are absolute garbage. Not because its a tesla though. Its because i dont trust a computer that upon failing can cause a car to go bonkers even for a moment and ANY vehicle that even has that as a remote posibility no matter how unlikely ESPECIALLY considering how much crap is getting through the filters due to chip shortages. That means any overly computerized vehicle is hot garbage IMO. That goes for ANY vehicle be it ford chevy dodge peterbilt or what have you. I dont trust anyone or anything to take control out of my hands.FerrissWheel, LoneRanger, Another Canadian driver and 1 other person Thank this.
