I don't mind at all, in fact I want to be with a trainer for good training, as long as I am not in the upper bunk with the truck moving. Ideal is the situation where one sleep in truck the other in a motel during training.
Orientation in the morning.

The only problem I ever ran across was when the CHP found out a driver was a felon, they would toss the van and make him clean it up on the side of the road (more than once). That was completely uncalled for. Otherwise, they took better care of the equipment and were really appreciative of the opportunity to provide for their families.austinmike, gentleroger, Gatordude and 4 others Thank this. -

Update - I forgot to give an update here. I have been working and training at a Ready Mix Concrete plant for just over 2 weeks now. My trainer has been awesome and I have learned a lot. The hours are long but I am making some money and the training I have been receiving has been so valuable.
austinmike, Speedy356, nredfor88 and 8 others Thank this.
