Hey, everyone. All of a sudden my 2012 Cascadia is having electrical issues.

    1. My turn signals are not working, but my headlights and daytime running lights work fine.
    2. My high beams will not work when I engage them.
    3. My cruise control is not working. In fact, none of the controls mounted on the steering wheel are working.
    4. My hazards are not working. The led light on my hazard light button is flashing rapidly.

I’m going to guess a relay, fuse, or several of either have burned out. The problem seems to be centralized to controls on my steering wheel, except for the hazards, but the problem with the hazards is probably related to the turn signals not working. Anyone experienced with this issue? I greatly appreciate your help.

    ~Josh

There are almost certainly fault codes in the MSF or Sam_Cab related to those issues since everything is computer controlled. Just based on the large number of failures I'd look at a faulty sam_cab, probably from a windshield leak.

Did you spill coffee or a drink on the steering wheel at any time?

    tscottme and jldilley Thank this.

Well just start talking apart all the plug in connector and be looking for green corr. on the pins inside of them, just take the lower cover off the steering column and start there, if you decide pull the wheel off look at the rings that the contact arms ride on to be sure it's clean?

    Check for blown fuses also.

Buy a test light and probe the fuse ends. If one side lights up but the other don't. It's blown.

I used to drive a truck with same trailer. Sometimes when it rained. The right turn signal quit. It also meant no brake lights. The brake light fuse would pop.

Can almost guarantee it is a faulty sam_cab now. And you probably need the Drip Shield Enhancement. Service Bulletin 54-312

I forgot to add that the left-most check engine light is on and that my city horn functions normally.

The hazard light button’s LED continues to blink when I shut the engine off.

This is getting very weird. Now my truck and trailer lights will not turn off.
