We haven't pulled in 10 days, but we had a mountain of paperwork to do, and it involves a lot of other people, if it's all done by the end of this week, we'll consider it a victory.

10 days of good food and exercise could easily transition into 20 lol.

There have been some good loads though. Once The new truck is all squared away on the fleet, when one of those pop, we'll be gone.

Why don't we all just shut down for awhile, until we get fair rates?

The market has forced me to do just that. I've only been pulling for my usual about 2-3 runs per month for a while now. I literally can't haul for 99 percent of the crap I've been seeing on the boards in the open deck world. Netting 300 dollars after fuel/tolls/IFTA is less than company wages.

I'm building a garage been parked for over a month. Plan on loading around the 7th next week. If I'm done. I don't get much done only working 4-6 hours a day. But it sure is nice being home!

The sky is falling, the sky is falling. You're pissing on me and saying it's raining etc.

Any takers on the name of the next thread, let's start a poll

You can correlate that to the plastic road queens picking up rgn's in the last year or 2. You know, the flip flop broken English crowd that don't even realize they're shoot themselves in the foot to begin with

Maybe if you didn't jump around form power only van and then back to flat once the van rates started falling off a bit you'd be in a better position. Ya know, building up a steady customer base instead of chasing that next hit of rock on the board. You think the price of fuel is just effecting you? No we've all took a hit.

Like the guy saying about us who run nothing but the boards. Well if you keep moving then you do have to take that 1.50mi load for it to average out. I can only ram my head so hard into the wall before I get a concussion. The dude does not get it either. He's like a pencil pusher and a used car salesman. Dude doesn't understand short, regional and long haul. It's literally like only one equation works in his head and the rest of us are wrong. When he finally figures it out it will be mind blowing for him, like Joe Rogan blasting off on DMT.
