Something doesn't make sense. Reckless driving plead down to a maintenance ticket possibly? It wouldn't go the other way. They don't plead up to a more serious charge.

Are you referring to your MVR or your PSP?

 

Most likely failure to maintain lane which resulted in a crash.. AKA wandering all over the road because phone was more important.

 

Ahhh... Failure to maintain control of the vehicle. That makes more sense.
