Got a laundry list of complaints, but all it really boils down to is don't work here unless you're out of options. Few more months and I'll be a ghost to them as well. Grinding through hundreds of applicants a week.

Was kinda hoping for one in the other thread where the OP abandoned his truck. But I guess we both knew he wouldn't be back to tell the tale.

@Ktucker17 , Did the bumper fall off the truck? Was the inside covered in piss when you received it? Trainer try and touch you? You gotta tell us man. We wouldn't want other unsuspecting drivers going down a dangerous path.

Started two weeks ago, had me in a hotel for 6 days waiting for trainer. First trainer called me at 630am asking if I had any work experience cause he didn't want to risk his life. When I told him I just finished school and this was my first job he cancelled on me. Second trainer got assigned and said he'd be there the next day. Wake up bright and early to make sure I'm ready for him. Shows up at 10pm with another student, turns out we're gonna be 3 in the truck. Tells me to take out only the essentials from my duffle the rest will be packed away not to be touched again. Get in the truck, the smell is awful. Turns out these guys haven't showered in a week. Trainer gives a quick overview of truck and tells me to hop in the driver's seat. Navigation already queued up, heading to upstate NY. He sits in the passenger seat for the first 20 minutes then says he's going to sleep. Drive through the mountains at night loaded for the first time with no supervision (####ting myself). Make it up there, drop the load, pick up an empty, go to a truck stop. Forced to stay up another 5 hour's watching a tablet for a dispatch that doesn't come. Finally get some sleep. Team drive with other student to Delaware. Have fun at shipper. Next load to Tennessee, trainer wants to go to Virginia for the weekend to visit his friend. Have to stay the night in Maryland cause Delaware load isn't ready. White trainer starts singing slave hymns (Let my people go) other student and I are black. Uncomfortable, but don't want to rock the boat and understand that my trainer is definitely on the autism spectrum. Get to the hotel and just want to get out of the truck. Trainer stops me, "Hey, I wanna ask you a question..", "What's up", "What are your thoughts on slavery?"... Try not to lose it but get agitated. He tries to explain the issue away and I get out of the truck before I punch him. Forced to stay in same hotel room with trainer due to company being ####. The man takes an open door #### in eye shot of me. Decide to just go to sleep. Next day head to Virginia for no reason. Stay there for 2 days. Finally ready to get back on the road. Dispatch reroutes the load to Ohio, cool whatever let's go. Drive 1.5 hour out, dispatch changes its' mind, turn around. Get back to the yard, trainer said he's going to the bathroom, tells us to find a empty trailer and not to run the truck since we're low on fuel. Get that done, he disappears for 2 hours leaving us in 95+ heat. Comes back with a dispatch to Suffolk Virginia, finally moving again. All well and good there and then to Alabama. Tell him I'm getting fed up with his training style and living conditions. He tells me I'm almost done training,*light at the end of the tunnel*. Stuck in Alabama for longer than anyone wants to be there. Trainer on speaker with his friend gloating about how he makes 200k/yr having other people run non stop. Says he hasn't had to touch the wheel in months. Other student has had it by this point, packs his things and walks off the truck. Alabama to Georgia to Tennessee to Kentucky to Maryland to Pennsylvania. Have hope for home, there's finally a plan. Trying to make the best of it but get into it everyday with my trainer over one thing or another. Make it Tennessee have to pick up a new student in the area. dispatch changes our plans and routes us Colorado. I'm immediately pissed. He says I'm ready to graduate training and I don't have to go but wants me to so he can make deadline and doesn't have to worry about two new students. Decide it's better for me to get off the truck. Pack my stuff go to the office to get assigned a truck. They're confused, I haven't met my minimum hours. Turns out the trainer was cooking our books. Putting us students in sleeper when we were still on duty so our clock wouldn't run out. Waiting to be assigned a new trainer but stuck in a roach infested motel possibly til Tuesday because most trainers are taking time off due to the holiday Monday.

    Wasn't me
