Man says he was rejected from Spectrum after a 30-second job interview

too many pipe dreams..???

just cuz there is a worker shortage, one must be exceptional to demand what he/she wants.

and in my opinion, not too many people are exceptional.

 

Companies are starting to let people go, and those in retail are hiring about 25% of holiday hiring they did last year.
Somethin fixin to happen!

Hey at least he got an interview. It is kind of becoming known that the Spectrum computer system has a very strange algorithm to get through. Even at the local store 3 minutes from me the manager stays they are 4 people short. Says he has had a lot of people come in and want to check on their application (all apps done online). However he has received zero apps from the system in almost 3 months.

 

Oh, its worse than that. Brand-new solar-powered drivers that were brainwashed into thinking they're worth 6-figures right out of school that scoff at our pay scale... or those who think 1099 is the bee's knees because they can cheat on their taxes and "make more money." All of them can't drive at night, usually can't drive a stick, barely can back a truck, and want vacation time at every turn.
