So l finally took class an got my cdl. I talked to one company they told me I had 100 days to drive, or most companies will want me to go back to school. Is this the case all or most companies?

I agree. Probably some company policy. But don't wait too long to find something. You just got your CDL and you need to put what you learned into daily practice while all of it is fresh on your mind.
