60 series ecm swap from higher horse engine????

Can anyone get me in contact with "Rebel127", I'd like to remap/tune my 2001 Freightliner Columbia Signature, 12.7, I6 engine/ECM. Engine light is on, runs but somehow holds back about 10 mph. Normally I run at 70 mph, now 60 mph at best, however if lucky..sometimes it runs 68-70 mph..it's luck of the draw or start rather nowadays. Engine seems to be running in a safe mode most of the time. This happened noticably after my clutch fan had seized, broke off and slammed the fan into the radiator one day. All this has been fixed but somehow slowed down my truck. I'd like to remap and max torque, fuel consumption with mph (get rid of all limiters). Like I said, the dash +/- meter doesn't reach out farther than 1.5 bars in the minus when I step on the gas pedal, just not opening up the engine like it should. Help!
